This 3-part series seeks to engage clinicians to evaluate their current practices and to make relevant adjustments to ensure the care that they provide is inclusive and patient-focused. These courses will create doctors that are better prepared to meet patients where they are and assist in understanding racial bias and the social determinants of health that impact their patients. By developing a supportive environment, you go beyond the typical expectations with the ability to outreach to several groups and offer high quality patient care.
Attendees will learn to:

Understand social determinants of health and their impact on patient care and treatment.
Identify new ways to cultivate inclusive and supportive environments beneficial to both employees and patients.
