Course Description

The purpose of this course is to:

  • Educate the attendee on the acute and post-acute assessment for concussion/post-concussion syndrome, inclusive of related pathophysiology and epidemiology.
  • Discuss rehabilitation/treatment interventions for concussion/post-concussion syndrome based on physical examination findings and current literature
  • Discuss coordination of care for patient rehabilitation and return to work and/or activity/sport assessment and determination.
