This course covers a wide range of common imaging tools, practices, and findings offered by this instructor. It provides examples of positive findings associated with extremity fractures and dislocation. It offers practical explanations with ample background to provide greater understanding and awareness of what to look for in a patient’s films. Each hour can be taken with as many other segments as desired. This instructor introduces several examples that will be useful in the practice and provide the practitioner with a foundation of understanding that will allow him or her to make decisions regarding x-ray readings and patient imaging needs.
The practitioner will have a greater ability to choose the right imaging tool, know how to interpret images and understand more about the conditions that cause abnormal findings. Practitioners can use this information in practice to spot and interpret x-ray and other imaging findings.
