Principles of Loaded Movement
By: Solutions Sports and Spine, Inc.

Course Description

Principles of Loaded Movement (PLM) is a principle-based course presented by Kabuki Strength and is based around the principles that Kabuki Strength uses to produce world record holding strength athletes. The principles are geared to help attendees learn how to optimize biomechanics and better assess movement patterns in the main barbell lifting patterns (Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift). Topics of discussion are truncated into several sections;spinal mechanics, breathing and bracing, foot strength and ankle mobility, and principles behind the complex relationships of hip, spine, and shoulder function. Attendees are shown how to evaluate each of the aforementioned topics and how to correct any issues that are found via the use exercise technique, equipment modalities and exercise variations.
