This session provides an overview on the principles, practice, nomenclature, patient work-up and management of the pediatric patient in the chiropractic internists office.

· Recognizing and responding appropriately to pediatric emergent issues.

· The far reaching health effects of nutrition and a healthy functioning digestive system.

· Long term impact of lifestyle on the pediatric population and how to educate and influence the parents and child.

· How the role of a chiropractic internist can benefit the pediatric population.
