This course will provide students with the skills necessary to assist their DC with basic healthcare duties in the front and back office. Topics covered include chiropractic principles, standards of care, medical terminology, documentation, basic anatomy, boundary training, HIPAA, charting, billing codes, draping, safety in clinic and physiotherapy modalities including ultrasound, heat, ice, electrical muscle stimulation HV and LV, interferential current, traction and decompression.
