Fascia training for optimal performance is the hottest topic in training now. It releases the fascia so muscles can perform better. This is an introductory level course that has been designed to provide theoretical concepts, assessment and practice techniques that will help the student treat myofascial pain syndromes.

Demonstrations of: Different Myofascial Techniques, Self Myofascial Techniques (long hand strokes, deep gliding, kneading and deep-friction)
