MYOFASCIAL RELEASE-RESTORING POSTURAL IMBALANCES
By: Institute for Continuing Education

Course Description

If we treat only the symptoms of poor posture, results will be temporary at best. Myofascial release therapy can be used to correct the source of postural imbalances. The goals of myofascial release include removing fascial restrictions and tightness, restoring balance and improving the body’s ability to self-correct. It can also improve range of motion and flexibility and reduce pain. This class will cover the basics of myofascial release, how to perform it and how the technique can be applied to various parts of the body.
