MPI Masters Series Sports Summit: The Shoulder

Course Description

The purpose of this program is to prepare chiropractors to utilize evidence informed methods to assess and treat the cervicothoracic area and shoulder complex joints and surrounding soft tissues. Motion palpation, posture evaluation, x-ray, MRI and functional testing will be taught as part of a thorough examination. Emphasis will be placed on the interpretation of the assessment findings and how to correlate this information with other historical and examination data. Treatment options in the form of diversified adjustive procedures, rehabilitation methods and surgical options of the cervicothoracic area and shoulder complex will be discussed and demonstrated.
