In the average person and the elite athlete, faulty movement patterns exist that can lead to chronic disease and instability. In this 17-hour series, Dr. Liebenson teaches how to detect and correct these faulty movement patterns contributing to patient complaints and reduced strength and performance. This will allow the average person and the elite athlete to reach their full potential while reducing the risk of injury.
Course Learning Objectives:
The student will be able to use a patient’s symptoms to find the source of biomechanical overload in the kinetic chain and develop a specific exercise program to enhance performance and reduce the risk of injury. They will be able to include these principles in their assessment and treatment programs to assist their clients or patients better.
