The recent research on how the timing and dysfunction of the different core muscles is associated with low back pain. The very important differences between the pars thoracis and pars lumborum muscles and their role in spinal stabilization. Mechanical loading and the delicate U-shaped balance of proper spinal loading and the causes of low back injury. Compression vs Shear loading and their spinal tolerances and how thoracic and lumbar spinal loads fluctuate with postural changes. Spinal loading in pushing and pulling exercises and the affect it has on spinal musculature and spinal ligaments.
