This session is a hands on workshop discussing lab procedures, testing, sample collection, and case studies utilizing common diagnostic testing. This includes a review of key points from the previous 8 sessions.

At the end of the session, the student will have a detailed understanding of:

• Current laboratory procedures

• How to utilize diagnostic testing in an internal disorder practice

• How laboratory results can guide therapeutic choices and used as a monitoring tool to measure therapeutic progress

• Hands on workshop for laboratory procedures
