This course teaches how to document patient notes and correctly code for services rendered. In a time when insurance companies are paying less and paying closer attention to our patient’s bills, documentation is more important than ever. Kathy Mills Chang makes documentation and coding simple and effective. This course will remove the headache from documentation and allow you to spend more time and energy on patient care. This hour may be taken alone or with her other course hour.

The participant will be able to document and code patient exams and treatments correctly. In addition, they will be able to ask the right questions and record the required information.
