Diet and hydration
Stress Management
Trigger identification: hormonal changes, bright lights, odors, environmental factors
Neurological and Musculoskeletal components, cervical spine, nerve involvement, occipital neuralgia
Objectives:
Explain the factors that may contribute to headaches
Discuss dietary factors as well as environmental factor
Explain the role of inflammation in headaches
Develop tools to help the clinician obtain better patient results
