Course Description

This-program is designed to address the core attributes of excellence as described-by Fulcrum Health’s ChiroCare Centers of Excellence criteria. Throughout a-series of modules and groups of modules- providers will be educated and-competent in the following: Acquiring a comprehensive patient intake and-history- utilizing assessment and outcome tools- using principles of-psychologically-informed practice- developing care plans using evidence-based-diagnosis and treatment- using conservative imaging principles in-decision-making- understanding components of patient-centered care- and how to-properly coordinate care with outside providers. Last- providers will learn the-importance of patient education and active involvement in care planning
