Course Description

Bulletproof Spine Course Objectives:

· Recognize the Joint by Joint Approach, Functional Lines Anatomy, biomechanical perspectives and their roles in progressing the spine through a rehabilitative to performance process

· Demonstrate ability to perform a basic breathing assessment

· Perform movement pattern assessment to ensure appropriate movement quality prior to

performing high level fitness tasks

· Demonstrate proficiency in developmental drills for the spine

· Implement exercise progression along the rehabilitation and performance continuum

· Demonstrate proficiency in the Hardstyle Kettlebell Basic Patterns including: suitcase carry,

racked carry, get-up, RDL

· Demonstrate appropriate exercise selection following case study learning model
