This course is a comprehensive overview for the DC to become immersed in the Lactation and Pediatric world more fully, to communicate with other complimentary professionals, and to accurately address cranial issues relating to breastfeeding. Specific anatomy and physiology of the cranium is the focal point; with supporting topics such as the IBCLC approach, nutritional importance of breastfeeding, and neurologic implications of cranial pathology. Research articles and clinical examples are included.
