This session will discuss the functional neurological evaluation and treatment of patients with complaints of dizziness, vertigo, and poor equilibrium. In addition, this session will incorporate the vestibular system, extraocular deficits, traumatic brain injuries, and the combination of evidence-based techniques with traditional chiropractic methods.
