The first half of the session will build knowledge and teach DCs how to navigate the changes in health care delivery, workforce dynamics, and value-based payment models that will require multiple skill sets and tools. We will provide the “ammunition” to help DCs use evidence to drive improved patient care, teach other health care providers the benefits of chiropractic, fight insurance payer abuse, and change policy’s that will improve the landscape for chiropractic. The second half of this session will teach DCs how to drive desired results through a deeper understanding of leadership essentials and provide specific action items to achieve the practice of their dreams.
