By: OUM Chiropractic Program

Optimal feeding at the breast requires neurologic and structural joint, muscle, ligament compentency and integrity in an infant. This presentation will help chiropractors take their place in the multidisciplinary team to assess feeding dysfunction and articulate when and why spinal manipulative therapy is the appropriate intervention to support restoration of full function in an infant who cannot feed at the breast or possibly even by bottle.
