This comprehensive course will prepare students for taking the National Clinical Chiropractic Assistant licensing exam given by FCLB. This course will prepare students for a career as a Clinical Chiropractic Assistant and meets the required 32 hours of training in ARIZONA 20 hours of Basic CA Training and 12 Hours of Physiotherapy Training. *Students will need to take a 4 hour CPR Course not included. Care and Handling of Needles, Hazardous Waste Disposal using Universal and Standard Precautions with an overview of HIV, Hepatitis C. Define and Explore Physiotherapy & the Scope of Physical Therapeutics, Discuss the Physiology of Healing & Repair and Clinic Maintenance. Identify instruments used for physiotherapy in the chiropractic office and properly document physiotherapy modalities. Learn how to perform Both Passive and Active Cervical and Lumbar R.O.M. Learn and Develop Skills to Perform Both Surface and Underwater Ultrasound. Learn How to Safely Perform Low Volt. Develop Skills to Perform High Volt and Interferential Current.
