Course Description

Upper extremity strength and mobility are crucial for optimal performance in work and sports activities. Conditions affecting the elbow, forearm, wrist, hand, and thumb, such as medial epicondylitis, lateral epicondylitis, De Quervain's tenosynovitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and cubital tunnel syndrome, can significantly impair functionality and cause pain. This course emphasizes the importance of prevention and rehabilitation through a comprehensive review of anatomy and physiology, along with detailed exercise protocols.
