About the Instructor“Stress and Strain” is a chiropractic continuing education seminar that is researched, written & presented by Thomas R. Bynes, DC, a 1998 graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic College, Los Angeles. As a chiropractic student, Dr. Bynes was active in the Chiropractic Philosophy Club, and has promoted a healthy, chiropractic lifestyle to patients, family and friends. Dr. Bynes has been a licensed and practicing chiropractor since 1998, with an active chiropractic clinic in Austin, Texas. Dr. Bynes has served as a volunteer team doctor for high school athletic teams and youth soccer and hockey leagues. In 2009, Dr. Bynes published a comprehensive nutrition and wellness book, and was chosen to write a weekly health column in the Leander and Cedar Park, Texas newspapers. Dr. Bynes has been interviewed on health radio programs and has presented dozens of community nutrition workshops. Over the past several years, Dr. Bynes has presented over 100 chiropractic continuing education seminars in multiple states. Dr. Bynes is passionate about chiropractic and evidence-based clinical nutrition, and he enjoys sharing current research with chiropractic doctors throughout the United States.
