OnBaseU Pitching Level 1

  • Board Restrictions note: Co-sponsored courses may not be eligible for CE in Tennessee; Credit calculations may vary for New Mexico approval
  • OnBaseU Certification gives the chiropractor a deeper understanding of the game’s physical demands on the body and how those demands, combined with their physical limitations, can contribute to injury. With OnBaseU certification, chiropractors will be able to better communicate with both the baseball and softball coach and the fitness coach on how to properly care for the player.

OnBaseU Level 1 consists of a two-day live workshop with baseball and softball health and fitness leaders. Students will learn OnBaseU’s physical screens and common characteristics for play. Students will learn how to quickly identify any physical limitations that a player has and relate those back to their technical characteristics and injuries. Finally, students will learn simple exercise protocols to improve the player's performance for their given limitations and prevent injury.
